THIS WEEK WAS MUCH BETTER THAN THE OTHERS, BUT I HAVE A GAIN ON THE SCALE, BUT NOT TO WORRY AS LONG AS I KNOW I'VE BEEN EATING CLEAN THE ENTIRE WEEK, THUMBS UP
102.8 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
