4 months ago i would never have imagined i would weigh the same amount as what i did when i was in grade 11... i am truly happier and i canmot wait to reach my goal. Heres to the 15 kgs Ive lost, WE HAD A GOOD LAY ON THE COUCH, I DONT MISS THE CRAMPS, I DONT MISS NOT BEING ABLE TO TIE MY SHOES PROPERLY, I WONT MISS YOU MAKING ME SELF CONSCIOUS AND MOST OF ALL I HOPE TO NEVER SEE YOU AGAIN!!
70.9 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
