Well you're still losing after the water fast or do you anticipate to gain still? Question, how much of an impact does a water fast like you planned on have on your organs and general mood?

I think I'll gain a lot in the next few days because i messed up big time. I had pizza tonight and a lot of sugary drinks. After i ended the water fast, i felt nauseous, i started throwing up bile and i can't do anything, I'm too tired. I'll be going to the doctor tomorrow or Friday.. Might have listeria, who knows lol.. You get very irritable during a water fast and headaches can be bad, i experience an increase in anxiety too.

So what did the doc say...is this something you'd do again?

He said i had food poisoning, but he did blood tests. Waiting for the results. Yes, I'd do it again, just need to drink more water. I'm gaining now because I've been eating bad, pizza, pasta etc.
