net carbs 110, which is great. Good fats and sugars are from fruit. so there.

I'm definately retaining some fluids, I can feel it in my upper abdomen. come on heart - work better.
81.0 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
