I seem to hav hit a plateau
125.6 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 35.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

are you exercising alot? if so, take a recovery week, but still watching calorie intake....

have a cheat meal, resets the system.. your body gets used to what you eating and doing on a daily basis especially when it comes to consistency in training and diet. A cheat meal will not set you back, it will actually kick start your weight loss again when you go back onto diet.

what ever you do just don't be discouraged. staying the same weight is better than picking up

I had a small bowl of ice cream, felt miserable the next day, but my weight started to drop again.... love the egg fast, I’m sure it was a combined solution
