So my scale has not been zer'd properly and I've been beating myself up about not loosing. I'm happy that I have lost but also need to take stock of the lesson in this experience. I let the numbers dictate my feelings about my body and what I have achieved. I need to think very carefully about what this means.
67 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
