I didn't loose any weight on the scale this week. That's okay, I had a cheat filled weekend and I think as I get closer to my goal it be more difficult to get big drops. Today my friend and I are taking the day off from life and going hiking. I've bever hiked before and usually would say no to things that involve no make-up and getting hot and sweaty in public but here's to trying new things and fostering healthy hobbies.
68 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
