Today is Day 1 of my new 6 weeks challenge with 2 friends. The first 5 week challenge ended up being a bit of a cock up - but I learned so much.
Hopefully this 6 week challenge, will bear fruits of the lessons learned in the first week.
This is what I look like - I have a pic of when I weighed 17 kgs less. Can only attach one unfortunately...
