You could just try to add exercise into things you already do. For example grocery shopping - instead of rushing to the 3 shops in my town I now take a walk from home on two separate evenings (while it's summer and still light out) and try to get in extra steps. If you have to drive there then maybe park as far as possible from the entrance.

It's tough, I started with Bootcamp, an hour session three or five times a week, afternoons, it's hard, you have to commit, I'm changing to Zumba classes three times a week from next month as I discovered a studio very close to home, I am not one for gyms, I guess you have to find what works for you, LOL cliche I know...hang in there even if you walk 5 minutes a day!

Someone once told me that after 9pm we aren't as productive as we've been throughout the day. after 9pm we generally watch series or are on social media. So what you can do is sleep early and wake up early. I've tried it for the past 2 weeks, because as a teacher my schedule for afternoons are extremely full. I'm not sure if you'll be able to, but if you sleep early and wake up around 4pm, you'll be more productive than waking up later and sleeping later.

Thanks for the suggestions all. Think I will definitely have a look at the walk at home with Leslie. Prefer to do exercises at home because of the time limitations. Good luck to everyone's journey this week. Go and kick ass!

My alarm is set for 4:30am and I’m out of the house by 4:45 for a run Monday to Friday, 6:00 I have to be in the house to help prepare my girls 11 and 9 years they will be in a bathtub already. 6:50 I drive them to school then work. I normally prepare everything at night

I find exercising in the morning much easier than the afternoon when I want to drive straight home. I work 7 to 7, so waking at 4.30 and shower at gym to get to work before 7 works. It also helps to curb the cravings during the day and it adds a boost of energy until at least 12pm. I tried after work gym and I always end up talking myself out of it. If you cant do gym, go for a walk or just body weight exercises at home.

Luckily for me, i dont work far from home. Knock off at 5pm, home before 5:30pm I quickly change before i even sit down on the couch 5:30pm i'm out I love my sleep, so i cant do it in the morning. Morning exercise is really nice, you don't have to worry about it throughout the day
