I had fantastic performance at the gym yesterday despite being 18 hours into my fast. absolutely no loss of strength or endurance. finished fast after 22 hours.
90.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
