My weight hasn't gone down but I'm feeling good. I have done my IF 3x this past week and stuck to my meal plans. I feel like I'm getting back in control of my eating habits.
70 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
