Yip, no excuses. Time to get sexy again. I am supposed to love my body as it is, and then the weight will fall off.... let’s just say, I love the body under this outer layer of blubber.
Had a wonderful week diet wise and focused and ready for the next week. Looking to lose 1kg next week. Very much doable.
