had a cheat meal 1/2 chicken coleslaw and wedges chips at Nandos 2 big tex chocolates, supper chicken curry and rice
101.8 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
