Great gym session, burn 750 calories, had a chicken peri peri Pizza from Sanook, Oreo milkshake and 4 pieces dairy milk chocolate and woolworths prawn flavoured chips.
105.2 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
