finally back on track.
have been doing +-30 mins cardio & weight training at home for about 2 weeks now.
i have faith in myself that i can keep this up even if some days are harder than others.
i got this!!

102.8 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 42.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
