I know what you mean. I still have a ways to go until I reach my goal but I was just thinking about all of the energy, planning and enthusiasm that is behind losing. Once you get there, we have to find a way to keep the same level of commitment in maintaining. I guess that's where the lifestyle change comes into play. Counting calories, carbs, fat, or whatever we're doing can't just stop once we "arrive."
I guess I may as well come to terms with the fact that counting, watching, monitoring will now and forevermore be a part of my life.
