Thank you Lord. in my goal Jeans of 34. was in 44 and for a while they were too tight yep 48 and 50 for a minute.
The commitment to stay down is weighing on my mind. While Im losing its like Im in the ring fighting and trying. When I reach my goal and start to relax Im gonna need some help. Plan A is too throw or give away all fat clothes. If I can't fit into them I should wear pink sweats until I can fit. HA!
What do you think?

I think you definitely should get rid of the old clothes. But make sure you keep journaling and entering you food. The thing about waiting for your clothes to not fit is that the darn things stretch and you don't realize you are getting bigger until it is too late. I think it is a lifetime struggle and the tools that help you lose are important for maintaining as well.

I know what you mean. I still have a ways to go until I reach my goal but I was just thinking about all of the energy, planning and enthusiasm that is behind losing. Once you get there, we have to find a way to keep the same level of commitment in maintaining. I guess that's where the lifestyle change comes into play. Counting calories, carbs, fat, or whatever we're doing can't just stop once we "arrive." I guess I may as well come to terms with the fact that counting, watching, monitoring will now and forevermore be a part of my life.
