Have begun my major effort to loose
10kg. At my age getting difficult.
I would like to stick to low carb High fat /protein (Tim.Noakes)

I see quite a few of you are doing detox
Can someone please help on ideas for this ?
Plan to loose 5 be fore xmas - think can do ?
Any one with a plan for me. If they have already done it any advise ? Many thanks. G
68 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
