Hi can anyone help me
I have add my whey protein that I use under new foods
But I need to put in 40 Grams and not 100 grams and I can’t see how to do it

Have begun my major effort to loose
10kg. At my age getting difficult.
I would like to stick to low carb High fat /protein (Tim.Noakes)
I see quite a few of you are doing detox
Can someone please help on ideas for this ?
Plan to loose 5 be fore xmas - think can do ?
