Today has been a difficult day. I feel really negative abouy myself and there is a lot of stress affecting me from work. I started intermittent fasting to get back on track and it has really helped me stay focused l and realise how much I am over eating. scary how your eating habits deteriorate without constant attention.
67 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
