Only commenting cos I know I like to read these later. No beating myself up. What has happened has happened. Can’t change the past, but can make sure the future is not the same. Ready for this. Whole family on diet, so easier this time. Mindset is right. Will do a whole goal chart today. Plan the sh!t out of this weight!
