It has been exactly 2 weeks since I started my healthy eating plan. I have lost 1, 5kgs and worked out most days. I am proud of myself for sticking to my plan and keeping a positive attitude. I can already see the changes in my body-my stomach is flatter and I am loving my shape. I'm also feeling more energetic and needing less sleep. well done and keep keeping on!
