breakfast 2 boiled eggs mayo, wholewheat bread whey lunch time gym, burnt 750 calories in 1hr then ate 2 servings mixed rice with Mrs balls chutney and had cranberries evening had strawberries and blueberries and drank lots of water during the day
105.5 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
