had 2 fried eggs,with ghee on brown bread, caburys coconut chocolate, 8 pieces, 2 lindt pieces dark chocolate, Woolies 1/2 chicken at night no bread, never expected a loss.NO GYM yesterday.
107.3 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
