With sufficient motivation anything is achievable, and those obstacles can be overcome.
Started spinning classes Mon & Wed 45min session to get my heart rate up what a challenge but I am feeling great :)
103.7 kg Lost so far: 21.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
