Not bad considering I have started menstruation and am SUPER SWOLLEN. I have also been going to gym for a week now and am still building muscle again. So I am happy.
97 kg Lost so far: 18 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week
