It took a while to get to this point again.
So easily to fall into a bad routine and then to get out is even worse.

But here I am. Ready to take this beast on by the horns.
Can't wait to have that awesome feeling again.
140 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 30 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
