Been along time since I logged in. Been going to school, got to remake the commitment to workout and get more studing done early changing to 24 he gym so can go after school. Want to back on HTC but want to be working out before I start. I have been told that if you are working out before you start HGC that it is OK to continue working out as long as it is normal for me. I will probably consume 800 Cal or even more eating mostly protein and raw vegitables. I am confident I can lose the weight. My problem is keeping it off. Especially if I am not working or have a seditary job. I just need to make the gym or whatever a way of life between Construction jobs. It does seem that the HGC helped to sort of reset my normal weight. Even though I gained more than half back I did not gain it all back and even more which is what usually happens. Also sciatica nerve is getting worse so the days of hard work, which I like may be done. My new thing will be swimming as this is my "last" hope to get rid of sciatica on my own with out a boat load of money for help. Also I need to be an example to my 14 year old son who is overweight as well. He is now old enough to go to 24 hour gym. He is very strong but lacks confidence in sports. I think the weight lifting and swimming will help him lose weight. I also think he will be empowered by the strength gains he will make. The only other change I wish to make is praying daily for my Heavenly Fathers guidance and strength. My body is a temple in need of remodel. I wish to surrender this life long affliction to my Lord and Saviour. Jesus help me to do what is wise and healthy, to listen to you giving you the glory. Empower me with love and strength to be a good example to my son and my mother and everyone else that you may wish. Help me to give encouragement and support to anyone who ask
