Skipped gym today and tried to compensate by eating a little less. Walked 6,4kms according to my Fitbit - not great, but passable. Pilates tomorrow! I must do it!
85 kg Lost so far: 18.5 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
