Well I'm surprised that meal replacement is working for me at the moment.

Breakfast =
Smoothie (all greens, water, plain yoghurt, mixed seeds, rolled oats)

Lunch =
Healthy meal ( salads & chicken or beef or pork or fish or mutton)

Supper =
Smoothie (all greens, water, plain yoghurt, mixed seeds, rolled oats)

Will continue with it ,as long as I'm able too.I'm used to it now. It is doable. Very happy with the movement of the scale. happy to hear from you guys any suggestions. I was once 76.5 kg in march 2015 I've gained a lot since I stopped exercising in 2016. But I have resumed gym in Feb 2017. Well all the best to me. Bye my healthy team members.
