Thanks blue, I'm trying to stay optimistically cautious...im an emotional eater, when things go wrong, I hit the fridge 😭

That's good that you are recognizing that you reach for food when emotional. Maybe the next step is to reach for something else when you feel that pull. Like have a collection of inspiring before and after photos of other people to remind you of the long run. Or take a soothing warm shower etc. just something that supports your emotions and/or body. Just a thought. 😊💐

Great tips but i've been there done that all my life. However, thiis time i'm going to follow my head and not my mouth/heart. Thanks again.
