I started eTRF (early time restricted feeding) last Wednesday. Seems to be going on the right track.

And I lost a lot of water weight and waste form Easter feeding.
102.5 kg Lost so far: 44.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
