Down another kilo👏this week I cheated with cake for a birthday and a valentines dinner but I didn't overeat and keep strict on all other meals. I struggled with my exercise routine but kept going. well done!!+
72 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
