Well done :)

Thanks BBO. I don't understand. Two weeks ago I weighed 117.1 and today 115.6. Why does it show that I have not lost weight. It shows that two weeks ago I weighed the same as today?

Annee it's because you are entering your weight as a new start weight instead of entering it as a new current weight. To correct this, go to My Weight History, click on the button that says Weigh In Now and then enter your new Weight that is highlighted in Orange and then click Save.

Well done!!! That's awesome - 2 kg in 2 weeks. 1 kg a week is perfect for our bodies to adjust - 3 mnths = 13 kg

You keep your calories well below your daily allowance, really impressive. I hope you have a tight pair of jeans or something so you can see the difference in your clothes as well. Keep trying a size smaller on every week and soon you will see how close you get and suddenly the zip will close!! For me every 8kg is a drop in size, but also depends a lot on your height and build. Well done so far!

hehehe I still don't feel a difference in my clothes though. yes I actually have a pair of jeans that I wore about 30 years ago, which I have this dream of wearing again "one day".

How are you feeling with the reduced calories? Your calorie intake is very good, so proud of my East Rand friend! When do you weigh again - can't wait for the results.....

Thanks Tanya .... Sometimes I actually feel "stuffed" like now, maybe because my slacks are a bit tight. hehehe. I weigh in again on the 7th Feb. I lost 1.5kg so far and this morning (I know I should not weigh every day, but I do) I am 0.6kg down. Hopefully from now on it will keep on coming off. I just need to stick to completing my calorie intake.

how long are you going to be in Ghana?

I weigh about 2 a week, but like BBO explained - have an official weight that you input in FatSecret. So you only weigh every 2 weeks? But well done for 0.6 kg, such an inspiration! I leave Monday night with my very young 30 yr old boss.......srrive back on Friday morning early. I am a bit worried about food safety, so I will stash some dried fruit and raisins in my luggage, might even loose weight, who know! Good luck with the weekend and a bit of advise, if you are craving something and you have a choice, ALWAYS pick protein before carbs:)

Yes I only log my weight every 2nd week but the temptation to get on the scale every morning is very tempting (so I loose the battle there) That sound great, as long as your boss is sexy (jokes). you have fun and hope the food is not tooo bad. It will only be to your advantage should you shed a kg or two. Thanks for the tip on cravings. I will remember that. Have a great weekend.
