Not Good but this is a result of still being on holiday. My mother in law visited this week and I had very little exercise for the week. But we back on the horse from today. I have prepped all my meals for this week accept suppers. My aim is to be under 60kg before my birthday which is in April. Hope my will power won't forsaken me when everyone at work has unhealthy food and cake. Tomorrow is a colleagues birthday and I will not have any of the cake or goodies. Good luck to me for the next 12 Weeks
