I went on a 3 day juice fast to get my mind right. The weight loss I guess is just water weight for now but at least I am getting my head straight.
I am going to continue to cut out refined sugars and have the majority of my diet be fruit and vegetables.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 27.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

If you could do 3 days of liquid fasting then you can adopt the 4:3 Fast Diet and continue with sustainable results :) Many of us do it. We just have 3 non-consecutive "fast" days a week where we either eat a maximum of 500 calories or just consume liquid on those days such as water, green tea, coffee, tea, sugar free cooldrink.
