I've been stuck at this weight a few days but the fat percentage went down by 1%. Gotta be patient.
101.2 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 45.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You're off to a great start with 6 pounds in less than 2 weeks! Definitely be patient. I went almost a month once with no movement, but kept at it and finally dropped. It really does pay off.

Thanks. Wow a month? I hope I don't hit one of those, that's will power! Right now I'm just counting calories and seems fairly easy to stay on track this way. Is this how you've lost all the weight? I've figure that if I plateau for too long I can always cut all the carbs out for a boost. Usually works quite good for me just not ready for it yet.

Yes, I've stayed just with calorie counting. It works best for me. As far as the plateaus go, I figure that my body is taking that time to readjust to the weight loss and needs this time to stabilize. So I just try to maintain and wait it out. I HAVE found that when I am in a plateau (and the weight is not going down), my body is still changing and I usually am dropping inches which I feel in my clothing. It's been a very interesting journey and I sure have learned a lot on this site.
