I got on the scales this morning and had to ask myself why? After reevaluating what I ate, it was clear that I should not have eaten that second serving of chili. Hey, it was a snow day and I did clear most of the driveway. I am a bit sore this morning but I need to finish the job. Apparently, winter gain is not all about the holidays...
70.4 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
