It's so hard to keep the momentum this time of the year. Year end functions for work, kids school and everything else, and my family seems to have a lot of birthdays this time of year. I never noticed before because I loved all the eating. Atleast I'm making better choices, I always bring a side dish that I can eat if there's nothing suitable.
107.2 kg Lost so far: 40.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

go even harder on the exercise. if u were training 3 times a week, make it 4 or 5. I know its hard to find the time to do so, at my busiest I do my workouts in the morning just 15 - 30 minutes (depending how much time I have and energy levels) before hitting the shower and then its over and done with. Also, when the food you eating is not the healthiest, it still does help to watch your portions.

Thanks Myspatula. I've actually cut down on the exercise. I do walking mostly these days, I haven't been to gym in 3 weeks. I'm done for the year. i'll see it in January but i am watching my portions. Instead if i ate too badly, i do a 24 hour fast to balance things out a bit. I have allowed myself only 3kg weight gain when i come back to work on 16 January 2017. I'm quite disciplined.
