Its not magic, it is science! Back to basics, and its working (thank goodness). 2000kjs less a day and exercise..... if dieting was easy, we would all be Victoria Secret models.
85.4 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
