I had a conference in Bloem that I attended last week Monday-Thursday. The food selection was all carbs and the dessert was delicious. It was impossible to fast at all and impossible to exercise so I just enjoyed my week and did not log. On my return, i had a fast day on Friday and 16/8 Saturday and Sunday. And I'm happy that when i weighed in this morning, I still weigh the same.Just glad I didn't gain. I was conscious of my choices though.
118.8 kg Lost so far: 28.5 kg.    Still to go: 28.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Well done on going with the flow when you had no other option. Be super vigilant this week. Get out and work out. Soon those kilos will start dropping again. 👍👍
