I knew it was going to be a gain as these last two weeks were crazy busy with work and studying and didn’t leave much time to focus on healthy food. At least I have still been exercising regularly.

Going to try to work out a menu for next week and buy all the ingredients this weekend so that it is quick and easy to prepare. Goal is to at least lose the 0.3 that I have gained by end next week.
84.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
