So - this year has been a roller coaster. I have been away from the gym more than I have been there. Life has thrown us a few curve balls - but I am not letting that be an excuse anymore.

My weight does not reflect the damage I have done to my body by going back to regular eating with no exercise. Started gym again just over a week ago. Going to aim for 4 - 5 days a week, without sacrificing my family.

New challenge starts next week - time to get my head in the game.
70 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
