The 2nd week of the Reverse Diet went well too. I'm not too concerned about the 0.1kg increase, as I went a bit overboard during the course of Sunday.

On Sunday morning I weighed 93.8kg. So indulged a bit with potato chips and chocolate. I also had a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk before bed.

So I will go ahead and continue with the weekly increase in calories as laid out by my plan and just monitor the weight gain closely.
94.3 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
