My weight is hovering... be patient and accept that it will move in due course and my body is adapting.

I don't seem to be in ketosis. Checked my carbs and I note that I am eating way to many. My ratio has to up on the fats and possibly lower protein slightly to fit in with Banting/ LCHF.
103 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 38 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Have you tried a bit of fasting? Check out https://intensivedietarymanagement.com. You can start small with skipping a few breakfasts.
