Been abroad for the last week and a half...so diet totally off. I need some supplements for a kickstart...any suggestions?

81.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 12.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

right now i'm using Reveal Extreme from Complete Nutrition. I find it very easy to take and I've gotten no side effects. lost 3 pounds the first week. I've also had good luck with Solo Slim.

Thanks AJM. I live in South Africa...hope I can get it here. Although this weekend I found a product by USN called PhedraCut Hardcore...the name alone is scary but I'm still going to give it a try. Will keep you updated and do let me know how you are going. Many thanks.
