We all believe differently here. I strongly go by feeding your body with healthy food. And that I will not grow muscle, or recover, if not eating well. Eat to loose weight. Eat to train well. I have not been a good example this year with my off-plan weekend eating, but as for my training, I could not have managed without eating properly, including pre-workout meals. In the fitness industry, I have not come across a PT or (professional) coach who would tell you to skip a meal, or worse advise 24hrs fasting. Some believe in fasted cardio (a.m.)
