Still eating only two meals a day. I only eat when hungry. Might try a 24 hour fast but I will not push it, I strongly believe that you have to eat when you are hungry, else starvation mode will set in.... 24 hours might just be pushing it too far for me
76.3 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Starvation mode can only happen after a number of days of no/less food intake. My fasts are 40 hours and I workout in the 38th to 40th hour with no problems. Let your body adapt and in time you will conquor the 24 hour fasts easily.

We all believe differently here. I strongly go by feeding your body with healthy food. And that I will not grow muscle, or recover, if not eating well. Eat to loose weight. Eat to train well. I have not been a good example this year with my off-plan weekend eating, but as for my training, I could not have managed without eating properly, including pre-workout meals. In the fitness industry, I have not come across a PT or (professional) coach who would tell you to skip a meal, or worse advise 24hrs fasting. Some believe in fasted cardio (a.m.)
