Slow going does the trick. Just gave up on all the junk food and sugar.
I basically follow a Paleo Diet, with exception of having a few beers over the occasional weekend.
94.1 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
