so yesterday was the first day on the 7day diet... atleast I'm still loosing,BUT the 10Kg mark is around the corner still 0.9Kg to go and then I get stuck... for this diet onwards I will only record my weight every saterday as I won't be loosing weight as rapidly as previously. enjoy your weekend
