I didn't walk or get on the gym yesterday but I did clear most of the snow off driveway. My back is a little sore and my weight is up slightly but I'm still in the "Blue." I'm shooting for 30 straight days in the "Blue."
70.5 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Gotta love a SMART goal. Good luck with the blue line. I was a little sore yesterday from the power walking I was doing ... all while pushing my nearly 3 year old in a stroller up inclines. Back to the grind today.
