Gymming quite hard, eating lots of salads, fruits and veggies during the week, but messing up my diet in the evenings And weekends!!! What to do?
79.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
